I did my internship as Production Assistant at Bounce Rocks in the period of July to August 2021. In total, my internship consisted of 340 hours spread over a period of 3 months.

The company (at the time of my internship there) consisted of founder and executive producer Roxane Lemaire, producer Femke Verstuyft, post producer Marie Mettepenningen and production assistant Josefine Morrens. Depending on the number of ongoing projects, they also often worked together with freelance producers and production assistants. In addition, they have a whole roster of visual artists (photographers, DOPs, videographers, etc) that they regularly collaborate with, depending on what needs to be done.

Bounce Rocks works together with creative agencies such as ao. Mortierbrigade, BBDO, Only Humans, Gutzandglory, etc to realize productions for customers. These agencies work as an intermediary between the customer and the production house and come up with the concept, which Bounce Rocks will then realize.

During my time at Bounce Rocks, I worked on multiple productions with the rest of the team, including for clients such as Dreamland, Bruxelles Mobilité, Lidl, Daikin, Mooimakers, Europabank, STIB/MIVB, Securex and the Flemish Parliament. I also worked on the music video for "Lost In Playlist', a song by Twin Toes. This music video ended up winning multiple awards, including 2 times gold and one time silver at the eurobest awards.
